Execute a request against the AITuber API. Use search_api first to find the right endpoint and parameters. Handles authentication automatically. A 402 or 403 result is a billing limit, not a bug: the response then carries the exact wording and the billing link to give the user, so pass it on instead of reporting a plain failure.
